From an Idea to a Movement
ML Spicy Noodle was founded by Michael McPherson and Ling Li after realizing that Northern California has very little authentic Korean-style spicy Buldak noodles at fairs and farmers markets.
Rather than serving ordinary festival food, they wanted to create an unforgettable experience — freshly cooked noodles bursting with flavor, premium meats, melted cheese, and customizable spice levels.
